Allos Named Most Active VC for 3rd Straight Year

CB Insights has named Allos Ventures the most active venture capital firm in Indiana based on tech investments from 2014 to 2019. Since the firm’s inception in 2010, strong deal flow combined with the high number of experienced entrepreneurs in Indiana has made the state the perfect beneficiary of venture funding. Allos has capitalized on the thriving tech ecosystem in the Hoosier state, making it a coveted investor for Indiana companies looking to secure venture funding. The firm invests in high-potential, high-growth technology startups across the Midwest.

“Indiana’s vibrant B2B software ecosystem affords us the immense opportunity to invest in high-growth, high-potential startups disrupting a breadth of industries,” said Don Aquilano, co-founder and managing partner at Allos. “We’re proud to again be named the most active VC in Indiana and look forward to further expanding our reach throughout the Midwest with our next fund, Allos III.”

Some of Allos Ventures’ most notable recent Indiana investments include tech companies Lessonly, OneCause, Scale Computing, Emplify and PERQ. In December 2018, Allos announced the first closing of its third fund, Allos III; this fund will continue to build on the strategy employed in funds I/II, focusing on early-stage, high potential B2B SaaS companies.
